Sales Commission
Do you know a lot of people who would like to order a birthday party from Out of the Box? Earn a $5 commission on
each party sold!
This is a wonderful opportunity to raise money for your local PTA/PTO or your favorite charity. Just let us know in
the comments section of the registration form below where you would like your commission sent. We will send you a
confirmation on all donations made in your name.
Just think, if your friends order just 20 parties, you'll earn $100.00! It's just that easy.
Here's how it works:
You'll enjoy receiving cash as a "thank you" from the company. There's potential to earn significant dollars if you
send out emails to your friends, and display the brochures at schools and daycare centers.
If you are interested, please fill out the registration form below or send an email to outoftheboxparty@yahoo.com and
indicate your interest in receiving information about the sales commission program. We will send you an email with
information about how to get started.

- You register for a special sales code. We will mail you some promotional brochures and a sample party of
your choice along with 25 order forms with your sales code printed on them.
- Any time an order is placed using your special sales code, we will know that you were the source of the order.
The sales code can be used with Internet orders, phone orders, or mail-in orders.
- At the end of each quarter, you will receive a check in the mail for commissions on the orders placed with your
special sales code.
